I have played countless of hands of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it basically impossible to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy 21. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a few months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can squander a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
