I have gambled on countless of hands of blackjack. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of funds at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a few years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can relinquish a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20
Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and 60 dollar bet
If you left at this instance you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
