I have enjoyed millions of hands of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of bankroll at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original $20 bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
