I have wagered on millions of hands of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very enjoyable at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years back with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20
Wager $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet
Wager $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40
Bet $40
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you left at this point you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
